Our database is already complete (and tested) through Planes of Power thanks to everyone who has and continues to contribute to ProjectEQ. Releasing a new expansion for us just involves turning on the zones.
The timeline plan below is an estimate. The actual release of Luclin and PoP will be adjusted based on feedback from the server community and how quickly players complete the previous expansion.
